BUYER BEWARE!!! WARNING!!! CAUTION!!! STAY AWAY!!!I purchased a Groupon for my wife and it was like pulling teeth to make an appointment with Beverly. After an appointment was made for what the Groupon had to offer, my wife went down there (parking is a joke). 30 minutes into my wife's appointment, Beverly texts me and says that she is going to have to reschedule the blow dry and style (which was included in the Groupon package). I find out later from my wife that Beverley had to take a family member to a chiropractic appointment! So, why was my wife scheduled during a time-slot that Beverly knew very well that she would not be able to complete the appointment!? And she didn't finish brushing out my wife's hair after a quick blow dry. She really just wanted to usher my wife out the door to take her family member that was waiting in the lobby for their chiropractic appointment.Beverly asked for an additional $10 fee for my wife's hair being longer than 14 inches AND she asked my wife for a tip. I told my wife not to tip Beverly, since the job was NOT complete/finished; however, my wife gave her a $2 tip just to be nice.When I text Beverly about what had transpired, she got very defensive, rude, and down right mean. Do you want this kind of hairstylist working on your hair? Run as fast as you can from Beverly and Vicente Salon for that matter!
