El Rincon Tico Restaurant

I tried this restaurant out after buying a certificate on restaurant.com. They have "new administration" that was not willing to accept the certificate. The food was really good. Ambiance left something to be desired - tables/booths were pretty 80's and out of date. I would probably have gone back (and paid full price) in the future because the food was really great, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Plus I wasn't able to tip my server because their credit card system didn't have a place to leave a tip.

First off, it's not a Mexican restaurant, it's Costa Rican. The food is simple and delicious, especially the ceviche. The owners run the place with a small, friendly staff and are extremely hospitable.
