I am honestly upset that Marie Callender's claimed bankruptcy and had to close down some units. This Buffalo Wild Wings in particular, as a replacement for Marie C... is terrible and has an awful management system especially the manager Mike. He unashamedly blamed his staff for the prolong wait of our food. I understand it was Tuesday which is known to have a much higher volume of wing orders than normal but why did we get our friend pickles over an hour later? Anyways, when we received our wings after an hour wait our side of fries were stale and cold. Considering that we were a party of 20 and were promised 2 waiters we only had 1 server who found herself running back and forth trying to accommodate our needs. Her name was Amanda btw and she was phenomenal. Also despite the fact that she was working solo to attend to my party, she gave us a more professional and reasonable excuse than her manager. I definitely do not recommend this place for a celebration gathering. The service provided is a complete failure and I think that the restaurant as a franchise should hire more professional staff members to run the place.Oh and did I mention that my reservation was at 8 and we had to wait 20 minutes before I asked the manager to be seated ...and his excuse was that we couldn't be seated because they were waiting for another server to return from break so that we could have two servers for my party....Did I also SPECIFY ABOVE THAT WE WERE PROMISED TWO AND ONLY HAD ONE ALL ALONG?
