I am a manager at a restuarant food chain in Central Ohio and I had lunch at your facility today and was very unhappy with my service there. I have ate at several AppleBees throughout Ohio and have never been dissatisfied! I ordered the new chicken dijon today and was give section of potatoes (4 small peices) what a dissapointment....when I had originally asked for the Potato Casserole! At first they didnt give me any potatoes I had to ask my server to get them for me! We were there between one pm and two pm today! Customer Service is a big part of operating a good quality restuarant! I hope to be served better in the future! Thank you for your time!
